In the past we chose not to sell any compatible Xerox Phaser solid ink or toner cartridges and advised our customers to avoid it. As suppliers of Xerox Phaser spare parts and repairs to Xerox Phaser 8400 8500 8550 and 8560, we at Fuss3 Solutions have seen many damaged print heads caused by unsuitable solid inks.
Despite the apparent cost savings the print quality and reliability was poor. Often, any savings were lost in the waste ink tray when carrying out Eliminate light stripes! This was neccessary because jets were blocked in the print head.
This was good for us because we sold many Phaser 8500 and 8560 spare parts and replacement Xerox 8560 printers!!

However, things have changed! Having worked with the manufacturer and carried out our own extensive tests, we have been more than pleased with the results. Performance and quality across the Xerox Phaser range including the solid ink Phaser 8560 and 8500, have been excellent.

So how does the warranty stack up against Xerox originals? Well the Xerox compatible supplies all come with a comprehensive warranty, in fact, if your Phaser printer is out of the Xerox warranty, you are actually better of with the compatible ink!
