We are happy to refund any goods within 7 days of purchase. Unwanted items must be returned to us in the condition in which they were received, together with our completed Returns Form. Please call 01323 449333 to request a returns form. Once we have received the goods back, we will refund the payment card that was used for payment or, at your request, issue replacement goods.
Please note this only applies if the items are unused and does not apply to unsealed consumables, such as cartridges, software, lamps, etc. Spare parts and special order items are not supplied on a trial basis. This does not affect your statutory rights.
We will not be responsible for returned goods that are lost or damaged in transit. Proof of postage will not be accepted/deemed as proof of receipt/delivery. You should take reasonable care to ensure that the Goods returned to us are not damaged in transit and if appropriate arrange suitable insurance.
Do my goods look damaged on delivery?
When you receive your order via courier, if items appear to be damaged, either make a note of this on the couriers paperwork or do not sign for them. We will not be responsible for damaged goods that are signed for as in good condition.
